2010 - Last ever NAVY DAYS

‘Navy Days’ were a tradition dating back to the 1920’s when the Royal Dockyards were open to the public for ‘Navy Week’. These events were held every year (except during World War 2) until the Royal Navy finally decided to give up on Navy Days (due to dwindling numbers of men and ships) the last one being, the ‘Meet The Navy’ event in the Dockyard in August of this year.
